Community Counselor – Towanda, PA Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling | Free Clinical Supervision Adelphoi is seeking a passionate Community Counselor to join our Family Relationship Coaching program in Bradford County. If you have a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, and want to make a difference in the lives of youth and families, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do Deliver prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to youth and families Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and oversight to parents and their children during family visits Mentor caregivers in parenting Respond to crises and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with stakeholders and attend court hearings Uphold Trauma-Informed Care principles What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in a related field Strong communication and tech skills Valid driver’s license and ability to travel Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Empathy, active listening, and critical thinking skills Why Adelphoi?
