Responsibilities
- Complete clinical assessment for Partial Care treatment
- Run groups and maintain an individual caseload and documenting accordingly
- Screening and assessment of referrals
- Develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with a clinical team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, BSW) in the human services field such as psychology, counseling, social work, or education
- Experience working with individuals with chronic mental illness
