Responsibilities
- Provide personal, educational, and career counseling to students
- Build strong, supportive relationships that encourage student success
- Help students overcome barriers and stay on track in the program
- Develop and manage individualized career and development plans
- Maintain student progress and document outcomes
- Cookordination services and support across departments
- Support leadership when needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required (including 15 credits in social services-related coursework)
At least 1 year of counseling or related experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage caseloads and stay organized
Valid driver's license required

Mon, Thurs & Fri 11am-8pm, Tuesday & Wed 8:00am - 5:00pm, Sat & Sun on call/off
