Counsel, Regulatory

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Support multiple teams with legal guidance on telehealth regulations
• Advise cross-functional teams on healthcare regulatory issues and risks
• Identify and address privacy, product, employment, and pharmacy issues
• Collaborate with public policy team to influence legislative efforts
• Keep informed about state and federal telehealth laws

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school currently licensed to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• 4+ years of healthcare regulatory experience as a practicing attorney
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare laws and telehealth regulations
• Familiarity with state and federal healthcare delivery laws and practices
• Strong problem-solving and creative advisory skills
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
