We need to output HTML fragment only, with sections using

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove relocation assistance line? That's not boilerplate but maybe not needed? It's a statement about relocation assistance; it's substantive? It's about relocation assistance not provided. Might be considered minor metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So relocation assistance line is minor metadata; we can drop or put in a short p. Probably drop. We need to preserve all substantive information: role purpose, responsibilities, required competencies, valued experience, what we offer, what this role means for the games, physical requirements & working conditions, compensation, accommodation, equal opportunity (but that's EEO boilerplate; we should remove equal opportunity lines). The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we must drop the Equal Opportunity paragraph. Also accommodation line maybe not boilerplate but it's about accommodation; could be considered part of Benefits? Might keep as a short p under Benefits? But Benefits section only if posting actually states them. There's a "What We Offer" section which is basically benefits/intangible offers. That could be Benefits. Also compensation is separate Pay section. Physical requirements & working conditions could be Schedule? Actually schedule is about hours; we have "Hours of work may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak event periods." That's schedule info. Also physical requirements: open floorplan, manual dexterity, etc. Could be under Schedule? But schedule section should be for schedule info; we could combine physical requirements under a separate section? Not listed. The allowed headings are limited to those; we could put physical requirements under Responsibilities? Not ideal. Perhaps we can put physical requirements under a generic

without heading? But we must output only HTML fragment; we can include

without heading. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Probably we should stick to those headings only. So we need to map content to those sections. Let's identify: - About the role: Role Purpose paragraph. - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities bullet list. - Requirements: Could be Required Competencies? That's more like qualifications. But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide distribution. The posting includes Required Competencies (juris doctor, license, experience, judgment, interpersonal skills). Also Valued Experience (prior law firm experience, construction etc). Also Physical Requirements & Working Conditions (onsite, office, open floorplan, hours, manual dexterity). Also Compensation (Pay). Also What We Offer (Benefits). Also What This Role Means For The Games (maybe impact, could be About the role? but we already used About the role for purpose). Could be omitted? It's substantive; we could include under About the role as additional paragraph. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Thus we can create sections:

About the role

Role Purpose ... plus maybe What This Role Means For The Games.

Responsibilities

  • ... list items

Requirements

maybe include Required Competencies (the must-haves). Could also include Required Competencies as Requirements.

Qualifications

maybe include Valued Experience (preferred). Or we could put Valued Experience under Qualifications.

Skills

maybe include interpersonal skills, judgment, analytical skills etc. But those are already in Required Competencies. Could split: Required Competencies includes judgment, analytical, interpersonal skills. Could put those under Skills. But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps better: Requirements = education and license; Qualifications = experience; Skills = judgment, analytical, interpersonal, etc. Let's parse Required Competencies: - Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school; or 5 years of equivalent experience in corporate and transactional legal practice. - Active license to practice law and good standing with the California State Bar, with the ability to practice in California. - At least 5 years of transactional legal experience, with a thorough command of contract and corporate law. - Excellent judgment and analytical skills, knowing when to escalate and how to prioritize issues and evaluate alternative solutions. - Strong interpersonal skills to advise outside counsel, senior management, and business associates, with high integrity and confidentiality. Thus we could treat first three as Requirements (education, license, experience). The last two as Skills. Valued Experience: Prior law firm or in-house legal experience; Experience with construction, architecture, engineering, or real estate agreements; Exposure to sports, live-events, or public law matters; Familiarity with public contracting, lobbying, or gifting rules; Demonstrated commitment to co-creation and collaborative decision-making. That could be Qualifications. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: Could be under Schedule? Actually schedule is about hours; we have hours of work may vary etc. Physical requirements: open floorplan, manual dexterity. Could be under a generic

without heading? But we need to output only HTML fragment; we can include a

after sections. The instruction didn't forbid extra

without heading. It said use

for section headings (list). It didn't say you cannot have other headings, but better to stick to those. We could add a

Schedule

for hours info, and maybe include physical requirements under Responsibilities? Not ideal. Maybe we can create a

Schedule

with hours info, and add a

for physical requirements after that? But that would be orphan. Alternatively, we could treat physical requirements as part of Schedule (since schedule includes working conditions). The heading Schedule could encompass both hours and working conditions. So we can put under Schedule: "Hours of work may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak event periods. The majority of work will be conducted in an office setting, requiring extended periods of time using computers, phones, and other office equipment. The LA28 office is an open floorplan working environment; employees must be able to work efficiently in an open cubicle environment. Manual dexterity: proficiency in typing and using office equipment, including computers, printers, and phones." That seems reasonable. Compensation: Pay section. Benefits: What We Offer section. Accommodation line: Could be included under Benefits? It's about accommodation for recruitment process. Could be a short

under Benefits or separate? Probably we can include under Benefits as a bullet. Equal Opportunity: must remove. Now we need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "LA28 does not provide relocation assistance for any positions. If you are based outside the Los Angeles area, we still welcome your application — we value talent from all geographic backgrounds and want to hear from you if you are able to work on-site in LA." That's minor metadata; we can drop. Now craft HTML. We'll output:

  • LA28 is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process. If you require an accommodation at any stage, please let us know and we will work with you to meet your needs.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000- $155,000. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's operational business needs and applicable law.

Schedule

Hours of work may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak event periods. The majority of work will be conducted in an office setting, requiring extended periods of time using computers, phones, and other office equipment. Manual dexterity: proficiency in typing and using office equipment, including computers, printers, and phones.

We must ensure no extra whitespace issues. Output only HTML fragment. Check for any boilerplate left: we removed Equal Opportunity, relocation assistance line, etc. Also removed "Accommodation" line? We included accommodation under Benefits as a bullet
