COTA (Surprise, Avondale, Peoria, AZ)

Responsibilities

• Day to day treatment includes individual treatment sessions, groups/classes and co-treats.
• Weekly department/company meetings, as well as supervision meetings.
• Treatment aides are available to assist all clinicians.

Requirements

• Must hold a current license for Occupational Therapy Assistants License in Arizona.
• If out of state, must be willing to obtain an AZ License.
• Must have at least 6 months of experience in pediatrics.
