About the role
Santé of North Scottsdale is a 72-bed transitional rehabilitation center designed to bridge the gap between hospital and home. We combine high-level clinical expertise with the warmth and luxury of a world-class resort. As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will provide Occupational Therapy services to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication while functioning under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
- Monitor guest’s response to intervention and consult with Occupational Therapist if modification is required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- New Graduates with COTA license are welcome.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred.
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.
