Stern Therapy Consultants is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Autumn Lake at Cherry Hill, providing individualized treatment under an Occupational Therapist's direction in a skilled nursing rehabilitation setting. What You'll Do Follow the supervising OT's plan of care to deliver treatment focused on residents' daily living goals.Guide personal care activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting with appropriate assistance and cueing.Use prescribed therapeutic activities to support coordination, upper-extremity function, and activity tolerance.Reinforce adaptive equipment techniques and strategies for managing tasks safely.Keep the OT informed of residents' progress, changing needs, and responses to treatment.Maintain accurate treatment records and share relevant care recommendations with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues.
