About the Role
Provide patient-centered care through medically prescribed occupational therapy programs to enhance individuals' functional ability and independence.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment goals
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in quality initiatives and special projects
- Respond professionally during emergencies
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current or eligible for licensure in the state
- BLS certification
- Ability to respond to emergencies
Preferred Qualifications
- NBCOT certification
