COTA (Part Time) - PACE

About the role

This position supports our Gresham site and East Service area. The schedule is 24 hours per week on weekdays during the day shift.

Responsibilities

• Affirms needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Works as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Responsible for home care coordination.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Within 30 days of hire: Obtain National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
• Upon hire: Obtain Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
