Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes, following all state laws and the treatment plan set by the supervising OT.
- Instruct and aid patients, families, and caregivers in evidence-based therapy activities within legal scope.
- Observe, record, and report patient responses and condition changes to healthcare supervisors.
- Adapt to diverse home environments and serve patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in the state of practice.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or access to reliable transportation.
- Preferred: CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
