COTA - Full-Time

About the role

Provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes, supporting their physical recovery and independence while adhering to state laws and supervising OT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor and report patient responses and condition changes
• Adapt to diverse home environments and client backgrounds

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation
• Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
