CostPoint/ERP Program Manager (Remote)

About the role

The Manager of Business Execution Systems is responsible for implementing, improving, and maintaining business systems that support the entire organization. This role interfaces with all operational areasincluding Contracts, Program Management, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Test, Manufacturing Engineering, SMT, Machine Shop, Stockroom, Shipping/Receiving, and Qualityto ensure workflow efficiency, data integrity, and system reliability. The role owns the architecture and data flow of the Deltek Costpoint ERP system and leads integrations between enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Fully own the design of system architecture and data flow for Deltek Costpoint ERP; lead integration efforts between various business systems; maintain systems currency and oversee ERP updates and migrations.
• Drive workflow effectiveness to improve processes, efficiency, quality, and schedule; build, maintain, and automate workflows to reduce manual work; ensure efficient electronic, paperless workflow between design and manufacturing; identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI tools.
• Serve as liaison between end users, business units, consulting teams, corporate partners, and system OEMs; translate business needs into actionable plans and functional requirements for software OEMs; communicate user feedback, issues, and enhancement requests clearly and effectively.
