Costco Roadshow - Sales Rep

About the role

This is a premium retail services role as a Costco Roadshow Brand Ambassador. You will be responsible for setting up, demonstrating, and selling products inside a warehouse environment. The role involves physical labor and requires weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain eye-catching displays inside the warehouse
• Greet and engage with members to demonstrate the product
• Show and tell the features and benefits of the product
• Close the sale based on the assigned sales goal
• Log sales and activity in the company’s app
• Restock and keep the display looking sharp from setup to teardown

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old and have authorization to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A smartphone that supports the company’s apps
• Open availability across the run of a show (7 to 10 consecutive days)
• Weekend availability is mandatory
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers
• Willingness to complete W-2 onboarding, including any required background check

Pay

The pay rate ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, with the actual rate influenced by experience and location.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours long and last for 10 days. Shows run on weekends, with Saturday and Sunday carrying the highest volume.
