Costco Lead Setter

About the role

As a Lead Setter, you will travel to various Costco Warehouses in the Utah area to generate leads for customers interested in Generac standby home generators. You will educate customers on generator systems, explain basic pricing, and help them achieve a more comfortable, safe, and healthy home environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned Costco Warehouses (Thursday–Sunday) to engage with members.
• Generate leads for Generac standby home generators.
• Educate customers on generator systems and benefits.
• Explain the company’s basic pricing system.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the brand as a friendly, people‑focused team member.
• Use an iPad tablet to record information and follow up with leads.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Driven, people‑person who is comfortable initiating conversations (“Hi!”) with strangers.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion to help others.
• Tech‑savvy with ability to operate an iPad tablet.
• No prior experience necessary.

Pay

Hourly performance‑based pay plus commission.

Schedule

Flexible schedule; part‑time or full‑time shifts Thursday through Sunday inside Costco warehouses.
