How You'll Contribute
We have an exciting career opportunity for a Cost Segregation Engineer to join our dynamic Tax practice in South Florida. This is a great growth opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with knowledge of cost estimation, construction management, or tangible property services.
- Work closely with a dedicated team of engineers and tax experts to help our clients identify advantageous classification of assets.
- Avoidance of construction documentation and physical site inspections.
- Conduct site visits to collect information.
- Provide detailed cost analysis of commercial/industrial building projects.
- Analyze construction cost data and design drawings.
- Estimate construction costs using nationally recognized costing sources.
- Actively contribute to the development of the cost segregation practice.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or other relevant fields.
- 1 - 3 years of Cost Segregation experience.
- Ability to understand and analyze construction blueprints.
