Responsibilities
- Supports the development, maintenance, and monitoring of multi-project budgets and cost control reports (including commitments, change orders, general conditions, forecasts, and risk analysis)
- Affords assistance in generating over/under variance reports with supporting analysis
- Serves as a liaison between project teams and cost control, managing commitments, change management, contingencies, and allowances
- Prepares and processes Owner AIA invoices, subcontractor pay applications, and associated documentation (e.g., sworn statements, lien waivers), ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Supports Project General Conditions (GC) cost tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Performs financial and operational analysis as needed to support project and department objectives
- Provides general support to project teams and performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1+ years' experience with accounting systems
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required
