Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the bidding process internally and externally.
- Prepare detailed cost estimations and benchmarks for various projects.
- Develop regular progress reports, cost forecasts, and financial reports.
- Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with project teams to support documentation and scheduling tasks.
- Execute other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field. Bilingual ability in both English and Chinese.
- Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of experience in the construction or semiconductor industry. Knowledge of cost management or cost estimation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with estimation software including bluebeam, planSwift, or stack. Fundamental understanding of project management methodologies.

Pay
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Standard work hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
