Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project budgets for assembly operations.
- Monitor actual costs against forecasts and report variances.
- Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs for modular assembly lines.
- Generate Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for internal stakeholders' reviews.
- Support financial forecasting for multi-phase assembly projects.
- Collaborate with preconstruction teams to validate cost estimates.
- Ensure adherence to DPR’s cost coding standards and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in CMiC.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement and logistics.
- Recommend process improvements to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.

- 3–5 years in cost control or financial analysis within construction or manufacturing environments.
