• Performing cost and inventory accounting, analyzing manufacturing variances, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
• Preparing financial reports to support plant leadership and ensure accurate job costing.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and audit readiness.
• Working closely with operations to maintain accurate financial data and promote continuous improvement.
