Cost Analyst/ CSDR Lead

Responsibilities

• Performing a wide variety of cost analysis assignments in support of the program life cycle cost estimates (LCCE) and program office estimates (POE).
• Developing or evaluating cost assessments, cost positions relating to the systems development, demonstration and production approaches.
• Assessing impact on systems and program costs, including analyses of prototype systems and works with SMEs to develop independent Government cost estimates (IGCEs) that will stand up to Army and DoD level review.
• Serving as Working Leader to lower-grade personnel and is considered an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements.
• Reviewing, assisting and mentoring lower-grade employee’s work for quality and accuracy of work.
• Coincording work efforts with Contract Officer Representative and serves as an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in providing cost analysis for multiple large projects.
• Experience working with Federal projects and programs.

Pay

$108,000.00 - $134,000.00
