Cost Accounting/SAP Implementation Lead (South Carolina)

About the role

Create and manage an ERP (SAP)-driven cost controlling organization, delivering standardized processes and accurate cost allocation. Directly supervise and develop a team of controlling staff, execute manufacturing cost calculations, contribution margin accounting, and ad hoc reporting.

This newly created role reports directly to the US CFO and serves as a trusted business partner to the executive team, providing strategic financial leadership and manufacturing cost analyses while leading an SAP implementation.

Hybrid role with in-office requirements 2-3 times per week in the greater Charleston, SC area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (required)
• CPA or CMA (preferred, not required)
• 6+ years of cost or manufacturing accounting experience (required)
• SAP experience (mandatory; implementation experience highly preferred)
