Cost Accounting Analyst

About the Role

This position supports both finance and operations by being involved in cost accounting systems and processes, as well as monthly cost of goods sold and inventory reporting. The role functions as a business support person to the CathX plants and finance team, working closely with manufacturing to understand issues and their impact on financial results. You will educate and inform departments on cost drivers and variances.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and support project teams to reduce product cost and evaluate key cost components of operations (efficiencies, yields, etc.).
• Assist with the review and analysis of actual manufacturing variances to identify key performance drivers.
• Incorporate key findings into standard setting processes.
