About the role
This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on the financial performance of a growing food manufacturing operation. As the Senior Cost and Pricing Analyst, you will serve as a key business partner to both finance and operations, transforming production data into actionable insights that drive profitability, efficiency, and smarter decision-making. From analyzing product costs and pricing strategies to identifying opportunities for process improvement, your work will influence critical business decisions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze production costs, labor, and variances
- Maintain accuracy in Microsoft Business Central ERP
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Work with plant teams to improve reporting and operations
- Review production yield, waste, and margins
- Build reports and dashboards for leadership
- Assist with customer pricing models
Requirements
- Experience in food processing manufacturing is required
- 5-10+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and COGS
- Comfortable working closely with operations, not just spreadsheets
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
- ERP experience is required; Microsoft Business Central is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Flexibility to work typical hours of 8-5, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime on Sundays for inventory
