Cost Accountant – Manufacturing

Role: Staff Accountant supporting manufacturing operations in a high-precision metal casting environment. Responsibilities Include Managing general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and cost tracking.Performing variance analysis and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.Assisting with monthly close activities while ensuring compliance with GAAP and maintaining strong internal controls.Partnering with operations to optimize financial performance and process efficiencies. Qualifications And Skills Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost analysis.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with manufacturing finance and process-driven environments is preferred.
