PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, part of PCC Structurals, is seeking a Staff Accountant to support manufacturing operations in Lebanon, Oregon. Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and analyses
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory controls
- Analyze variances and provide explanations to management
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare internal financial reports and schedules
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate accounting policies
- Identify and support process improvements in finance and operations
