Responsibilities

• Track and report actual performance to plans, forecasts and standards.
• Track and analyze spending trends and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare of monthly closing entries.
• Support the preparation of the annual plan and interim projections.
• Responsible for accurate reflection of standard costs in SAP.
• Drive process improvements in the area of financial analysis.
• Manage expense vs. Capital decisions to GAAP and corporate guidelines.
• Aid associates with the development of financial and operational justifications for capital.
• Support HPS initiatives in the plant.
• Validate and approve Engineering Change Notice impacts to standard costs.
• Manage inventory recording in accordance with GAAP and maintain adequate obsolescence reserves.
• Ensure compliance with plant cycle count procedures and annual cycle count reviews conducted by external auditors.
• Maintain conformance to ongoing audit and internal controls, including proper segregation of duties.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and maintain adequate obsolescence reserves.
