Cost Accountant - Canton

About the Role

Join our team as a Cost Accountant at our Canton facility. This role supports daily operations within the accounting and finance department, ensuring accuracy and precision in all financial activities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the accounting and finance department
• Prepare general ledger journal entries and account reconciliations
• Perform product costing and monthly bank reconciliations
• Interface with external auditors during the annual audit
• Provide support during the month-end close process
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and databases (Excel strongly preferred)
• Sound planning and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize objectives and duties
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 2-3 years of accounting experience preferred
