WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS AS OUR COSMETOLOGY EDUCATOR
You lead engaging classroom and clinic experiences that bring the Paul Mitchell curriculum to life while guiding students through the technical and professional standards required for graduation and licensure. You build strong mentoring relationships, track performance, deliver meaningful feedback, and maintain a supportive, respectful clinic culture. You consistently follow institutional and state board guidelines while contributing to a learning environment that values accountability, growth, and confidence.
OUR IDEAL COSMETOLOGY EDUCATOR
- A Missouri Cosmetology license
- A Missouri Instructor license or willingness to obtain one
- Professional salon experience with verifiable references
- A passion for mentoring and education
- Verification of licenses and credentials
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
