About the role

The role involves managing client relationships, providing technical support, and implementing solutions to client problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Provide technical support to clients via phone and email
• Implement and troubleshoot software solutions to resolve client issues
• Conduct research and gather requirements from clients
• Document processes and procedures for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or consulting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)

Qualifications

• Knowledge of common IT infrastructure components and technologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Passion for technology and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Skills

• Technical writing and documentation skills
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)
• Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Strong time management and organizational skills

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
