Paul Mitchell The School - Orlando is seeking a qualified Cosmetology Instructor to join their team. With over one hundred schools nationwide, Paul Mitchell Schools is growing rapidly. Responsibilities

Learning Leaders educate, motivate, mentor, and coach all Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills. They create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous education and salon experience, along with experience with Paul Mitchell products. They must possess a passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching Future Professionals and inspiring them in all clinic classroom systems. Essential qualities include experience instructing at a cosmetology school, a current cosmetology license, excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills, skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment, a solid work history with verifiable references, and a strong passion for the beauty industry.
