Cosmetic Inspector (2nd Shift Mon-Thurs)

About the role

We’re looking for Cosmetic Inspectors with professional automotive prepping experience to join Carvana. Carvana is a rapidly growing used automotive retailer and one of the fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. As an Entry-level Cosmetic Inspector, you’ll identify cosmetic imperfections and/or perform repairs during the pre-reconditioning and post-paint processes. Additional tasks may include prepping, sanding, and masking vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address cosmetic imperfections and repairs during the pre-reconditioning and post-paint processes.
• Perform tasks such as prepping, sanding, and masking vehicles as needed.
• Receive training programs to progress your skills and pay with the company.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools, capable of lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
• Fast-paced, ever-changing production environment exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
