Corticon Developer

Position Overview

Support the design, development, and maintenance of Corticon business rules and rule sheets. Interpret functional designs and transform business requirements into Corticon rule implementations. Collaborate with functional analysts to develop scalable and accurate business rule solutions. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application defects related to Corticon rules. Partner with testing teams to support validation of business rules and defect resolution.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Progress Corticon business rules
• Experience reading functional designs and creating Corticon rule sheets
• Previous experience supporting an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) implementation or modernization project
• Domain knowledge of one or more public assistance programs, including: SNAP, TANF, Medicaid
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functional and technical teams
