Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead all shift operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, waste, and downtime performance objectives.
- Direct and coordinate daily corrugator production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance and partner with maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate shift employees while fostering accountability and engagement.
- Ensure staffing, training, and cross-training support safe and efficient operations.
- Maintain readiness for customer and regulatory audits.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives including lean manufacturing and waste reduction.
Special Projects And Assignments

Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- 6+ years of corrugated manufacturing experience, including 2–4 years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of corrugator operations and high-speed manufacturing equipment.
- Experience leading safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Licenses and Certifications: None required.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and use hands.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment, paper dust, varying temperatures, and elevated noise levels requiring hearing protection.
- Manufacturing environment supporting high-speed corrugator operations.
