Position Summary
As a Correspondent Account Executive at Newfi Lending, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of the correspondent channel. You will develop and manage relationships with correspondent mortgage lenders, train and educate them on Newfi's programs, processes, and technology, and drive funded loan production while acting as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with correspondent lenders.
- Train and educate partners on Newfi’s programs, processes, and technology.
- Drive funded loan production.
- Act as a trusted advisor for your clients.
- Monitor loan deliveries, expiring rate locks, and ensure timely loan purchases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support.
- Stay informed on industry trends and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in mortgage or related industry sales.
- Proven success in account management or business development roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a focus on customer service.
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
