Job Responsibility/Frequency/Tasks
- Answer, screen and transfer calls to appropriate personnel, takes messages, and return phone calls as necessary.
- Work with other IS Staff in a team approach to providing customer support services.
- Accept requests for service, determine appropriate response, troubleshoot problems, refer problems to appropriate staff for solution, follow up to assure problems have been resolved, and maintain service records.
Application Support
- Work with IS staff in a team approach to implement and maintain PC’s and related peripherals.
- Acquire, install, configure, and upgrade PC systems and application systems.
Minimum Requirements To Be Considered For This Position:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of customer support using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and Email.
- Valid Colorado Driver’s license.
Work Hours And Environment, Physical Requirements, And Additional Information:
- Work Hours: 40 hour work week (95%), Evenings/Weekends occasionally (5%).
- Standard indoor office environment 95% Off-Site: Travel to one of thirty-two (32) remote locations to install or maintain equipment.
