Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise and mobility training
• Document patient progress
• Work with the facility's interdisciplinary healthcare team

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and background requirements
• Preferred: Previous hospital, rehabilitation, institutional, or correctional experience (helpful but not required)
