Corque Bell Attendant

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and sincere greeting; address guests by name.
• Open doors for guests, clients, and Team Members.
• Escorts guests to rooms and provides instructions.
• Answers in-house guest calls for bell service.
• Handles and carries guest luggage.
• Offers to fill guest ice buckets.
• Checks in laundry from cleaners and delivers guest laundry.
• Delivers gift baskets, flowers, and special deliveries to guest rooms.
• Runs errands for guests and hotel office Team Members.
• Cleans and polishes luggage cart and front entry doors.
• Provides directions and relays information to guests.
• Maintains baggage hold room and claim tickets.
• Provides information about Chumash Casino Resort facilities and the local area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Certification preferred.
• One year of experience in hotel environment preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to converse, read, and write in the English language.
• Willingness to work independently.
• Ability to work various shifts including day, evening, holiday, and weekends.
• Basic mechanical ability required.

• Minimum Pay Rate: $17.16 per hour (Avg. including tips $18.09)
