About The Opportunity
Corporate Traveler is looking for a driven and highly organized Partnerships Manager to bring our US partnership strategy to life. In this high-impact role, you'll manage and activate partnerships across sports sponsorships, channel partners, and technology integrations that help grow brand visibility, customer engagement, and business results. Working closely with the Director of Partnerships, you'll own execution, relationship management, reporting, and program optimization. Responsibilities
- Partnership Activation & Execution
- Execute the US partnership program across sports sponsorships, channel partners, and technology/integration relationships in partnership with the Director of Partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end activation of partner programs, including digital promotions, events, co-branded content, and social campaigns.
- Own the partnership campaign calendar and ensure initiatives launch on time, on brand, and within budget.
- Support partnership prospecting efforts and assist in developing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Program Management & Reporting
- Manage partner budgets and monitor spending against forecasts.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks to measure partnership performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates to key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain process documentation, templates, and playbooks to support scalable partnership operations.
- Coordinate contract administration and partner agreement processes with legal and finance teams.
- Partner & Stakeholder Relationships
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for partners and maintain strong working relationships.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and digital teams to integrate partnerships into go-to-market initiatives.
- Communicate partnership activities, outcomes, and performance to internal stakeholders.
- Identify and proactively resolve partnership-related challenges before they escalate.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in partnership marketing, channel marketing, or a related marketing role.
- Proven success executing partner or co-marketing programs from strategy through activation and reporting.
- Experience across at least two of the following areas: Sports sponsorships, Channel or affiliate marketing, Technology or SaaS integrations.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing partner contracts and agreements.
- Experience managing multiple partners, projects, and timelines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring program performance and reporting outcomes.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience in B2B and/or travel industry environments is preferred but not required.

Vacation, Personal, and Sick time accrual rates will vary based on full-time or part-time employee status. Recognized Holidays are either paid time off or, if required to work due to job requirements, holiday pay rate, and may vary depending on state.
Pay
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $100,000-$110,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
