Contract role with a flexible commitment of 10–40 hours per week, fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and provide feedback on complex litigation and transactional documents.
- Draft sample agreements and legal clauses for M&A and private equity deals.
- Evaluate legal scenarios to inform AI model development in data privacy and cross-border transactions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy in simulated legal tasks.
- Contribute to the development of legal frameworks and decision rubrics.
- Participate in feedback cycles to refine training data for legal precision.
Requirements
- JD from a US law school and active bar admission in good standing.
- Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious law firm.
- Expertise in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy.
- Excellent written communication skills for articulating sophisticated legal reasoning.
- Proven track record of successful remote collaboration and multidisciplinary teamwork.
Pay
$140 – $400/hour
