Position: Corporate Transactions Attorney
Type: Hourly contract
Location: Remote
Pay
$90 - $130/hour
Schedule
10–40 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios and provide expert feedback.
- Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract tasks.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and redline corporate transaction agreements.
- Apply expertise in M&A transactions, including SPAs and APAs.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices.
- Translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong experience in M&A within a corporate law firm.
- Strong knowledge of standard M&A agreements, including SPAs and APAs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical capabilities and contract negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
