Responsibilities
The Senior Transactional Attorney will handle a broad range of transactional matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Business purchases and sales
- Commercial contracts
- Entity formation and structuring
- Operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and partnership agreements
- Buy-side and sell-side transaction support
- Due diligence and closing documentation
- Corporate governance related to transactions
- General business and commercial transactions
- Direct client communication and deal management
Qualifications
This role could be a strong fit for an attorney coming from a boutique firm, mid-sized firm, larger law firm, or sophisticated in-house transactional environment who wants to continue doing high-quality transactional work in a healthier, more rewarding setting.
Pay
$125,000 – $400,000 per year
