Corporate Training Specialist
About the role
thenwith company description and position summary. - Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
then- each duty from Key Responsibilities list.
- Requirements: maybe Education & Experience (high school diploma or GED required, associate degree preferred, etc.) plus Physical & Cognitive Requirements? Could be separate but we can combine under Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe similar to Requirements; but we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can include all that have content. We need to decide what goes where.
We have Education & Experience, Core Competencies (skills), Physical & Cognitive Requirements (maybe under Requirements), Work Environment (maybe under Schedule? but schedule is about in-office). Could add a Work Environment section but not in list; we should stick to given headings. So we can put Work Environment under Schedule? Not ideal. Perhaps we can treat Schedule as "Work schedule" (in-office). Work Environment details could go under Schedule or maybe under About the role? Better to put under Schedule: mention office-based, fast-paced, etc.
Skills: Core Competencies list.
Benefits: list benefits.
Pay: salary.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to avoid duplication: Requirements could cover Education & Experience and Physical & Cognitive Requirements. Qualifications could cover maybe equivalent professional training etc. But we might split: Requirements = Education & Experience; Qualifications = Preferred experience etc. But we have overlapping. To avoid duplication, we could put Education & Experience under Requirements, and Core Competencies under Skills, and Physical & Cognitive Requirements under Requirements as well (makes sense). Qualifications maybe we can omit if no distinct content; but we need to include only when posting has real specific content. There is "Education & Experience" and also "Core Competencies". There's also "Experience delivering..." etc. Those are qualifications. Could treat Qualifications as the list of preferred experience etc. But we already have Skills for core competencies. Might be okay to have both Requirements and Qualifications.
