Qualifications
- Two years of training experience, both producing training materials and facilitating training in a business setting, preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional verbal communication skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and arithmetic skills.
- Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/divisions.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Skills
- Working knowledge of Encompass.
- Working knowledge of POS systems.
- Previous experience configuring and managing Learning Management Systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks at a time.
- Ability to work and deliver content under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in the mortgage industry.
- Processing of Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA mortgage loans.
- Other experience in Loan Originating or Underwriting acceptable.
