• Design and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, blended, flipped-classroom, and self-paced learning programs.
• Develop training materials including facilitator guides, learner resources, assessments, job aids, and digital learning content.
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, reporting, enrollments, and learner support.
• Conduct learning needs assessments, performance gap analyses, and stakeholder consultations to identify effective learning solutions.
• Measure learning effectiveness and use data-driven insights to continuously improve training programs.

Four or more years of related experience, education, and/or training
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Experience with adult learning principles, classroom and virtual training delivery, learner engagement, and instructional design
Proficiency with LMS administration, Microsoft Teams, webinar platforms, learning technologies, and content authoring tools
A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, build relationships, and drive continuous improvement.

$55,000-70,000
