Corporate & Technology Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a corporate attorney with experience negotiating technology contracts such as Software as a Service (SaaS) and other technology agreements. A preference is given to candidates with experience in negotiating Artificial Intelligence (AI) contracts and language-related agreements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft technology contracts, particularly SaaS and AI-related agreements.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws in relevant industries.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on technology-related matters.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a technology or tech-enabled sector.
• Experience with contract negotiation and drafting, especially in technology and AI contexts.
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws, particularly in relevant industries.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule, with 2 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong academic record and relevant professional experience.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Candidates will work a hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office per week.
