Job Responsibilities

Lead the identification, conceptualization, and alignment of automation and AI initiatives that address key business challenges and drive operational efficiency.

Engage directly with commercial and corporate stakeholders to gather feedback, uncover pain points, and translate user needs into actionable product requirements.

Analyze business processes and data to pinpoint areas where automation or AI can deliver significant impact.

Prepare and deliver presentations, product updates, and data-driven recommendations to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

Represent technology in cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment on strategy, priorities, and project execution.

Work autonomously in a dynamic environment, providing clear, defensible recommendations for automation and AI adoption.

Define product success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate on solutions based on user feedback and business results.

Facilitate collaboration between technology, commercial/corporate functions, and change management teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of new solutions.

Maintain a library of best practices, case studies, and support materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative or business-related field of study.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of product management, consulting, transformation roles.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow automation) and AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, LLMs).
  • Particularly Microsoft’s Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to foster collaborative interaction with cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in translating client needs/priorities into product requirements; Understands product components and manages the process of development, deployment, and post-launch activity.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytic abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience analyzing large data sets.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
