About the Role
The ClassPass Corporate team connects companies around the world with a flexible, engaging, and easy-to-use corporate wellness solution. As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll combine sales and account management expertise to strengthen relationships with enterprise and strategic clients. You’ll identify opportunities to expand partnerships, improve margins, and create deal structures that deliver lasting value for both ClassPass and its customers.
- Partner with enterprise and strategic accounts to negotiate favorable terms while maintaining strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to upsell new and existing products and expand the value of each partnership
- Collaborate with Account Management and Sales to develop client strategies, identify decision-makers, and prepare for renegotiations
- Create mutually beneficial deal structures that improve margins and support long-term client retention
- Build a repeatable upsell playbook that includes data and analytics, pricing, proposal templates, client white papers, and engagement strategies
- Recommend solutions that address client needs and serve as a liaison between key customers and internal teams
- Communicate progress, successes, and roadblocks to the Corporate Sales Manager while working toward monthly goals
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with strategic or high-profile accounts
- Confidence engaging senior leaders and navigating complex stakeholder relationships
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to balance the priorities of internal teams and external clients
- Resilience when navigating objections and obstacles, with openness to feedback and continued development
- Experience using CRM systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Comfort using AI tools to support lead generation and pipeline progression
- Strong organization, prioritization, time management, and attention to detail
Work Environment and Travel
Travel to trade shows and team events as needed.
Pay
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $75,225.00 - $100,300.00. The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
