Corporate Social Responsibility Lead, goIT

Job Summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a GoIT Program Support Lead, Corporate Social Responsibility to help implement TCS' STEM strategy by supporting the delivery of the goIT program. The ideal candidate will have teaching and leading experience, and will work as part of the global goIT team to support the on-site and virtual delivery of programming across North America and support the goIT Monthly Challenge globally.

About the Role

The goIT Program Support Lead, Corporate Social Responsibility will contribute towards reaching ambitious national and global goals for the program. This position offers excellent opportunity to make measurable impact on local and global communities. This position will involve up to 35% travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of national and international competitions
• On-site/ virtual program support
• Manage partnerships and programming coordination for schools
• Effectively lead goIT training for program partners
• Afford in-person/ virtual during large-scale goIT programs. Includes problem solving with teachers, supporting on-site/ virtual, collecting content for communications and social media
• Collect and analyze pre-and-post survey data for all events
• Facilitate virtual work experience program
• Connect with schools and on-board students including forms
• Coordinating and onboarding volunteers for the sessions
• Facilitating the program
• Collecting feedback & reporting
• Content creation
• Collaborate with the global program team to design and pilot new program content including technology pathways, learning modules, online courses, impact assessment tools
• Training and Events
• Work directly with TCS partners and clients to coordinate impactful, well-organized events
• Facilitate training and events related to goIT
• Ensure all program materials are created, assembled, and shipped in a timely manner
• Communication
• Create internal and external facing content to promote and recap events
• Work closely with CSR horizontal teams to ensure employee, client, and government engagement during all goIT events
• Represent TCS in external forums, events, and conferences

Requirements

• Demonstrated teaching and leading experience
• Effective presentation, facilitation, and training experience in an educational environment
• Reflective and entrepreneurial approach to program development and advancement
• Self-directed individual with initiative, creativity, analytical and organizational management skills
• Superb communications including writing, editing, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and manage volunteers and volunteer groups
• Strong planning and organizational skills with close attention to detail
• Ability to function effectively in a diverse, fast-paced and changing work environment
• Strong desire to be a positive, contributing member to the community
• Proven ability to independently manage deadlines and details while delivering high quality work in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills and Experience

• Ability to travel
• Highly adaptive and flexible, and have excellent inter-personal skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to work on multiple projects, both at a national and administrative level
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
