Corporate Social Media Specialist and Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging graphics, videos, and written content for social media
- Build audience engagement through active interaction and content promotion
- Partner with leadership and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Stay current with social media trends and support video production, including editing long- and short-form content
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in social media & digital marketing or a related field
- Experience: 3+ years experience of professional corporate social media
- Office Equipment: Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for content creation, Adobe Express, Premiere, Photoshop and Lightroom, Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft Teams
- Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Creative Skills: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media strategies
- SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles
- Photography and Drone: Intermediate photography skills; drone experience or willingness to learn
